Modem Issues

Modem issues can be a result of incompatibilities between digital phone lines coming into your PBX, analog conversions from your PBX to your modems and PBX timer settings. Modems with the Intel Ambient Chipset are most compatible with the type of phone systems and incoming service lines used in interviewing centers. The link below will provide information to help you troubleshoot modem issues.
