My Associates

Associates are colleagues or clients that can be added to a user's login for the purpose of sharing files, crosstabs, charts, reports and dashboards.

  • Associates can be added and removed.
  • You will need to add an Associate to share files with that associate.
  • You will need to know the email address for the associate that you want to add. If the associate is already a confirmed user of WinCross Executive, they will be added to your list of associates.
  • If they are not a confirmed user of WinCross Executive, you will be asked if you want an account to be created and an email invitation sent. The user will be added to your list of associates, however, you will not be able to share files to this associate until they have confirmed their email invitation.

 

Current Associates

The Current Associates list displays the Last Name, First Name, Company, User Name and Email Confirmed status of colleagues and clients that have been added to your login as Associates.

 

Add New Associate

Enter the email address of the new associate.

 

Remove Existing Associate

Highlight the associate you wish to remove from your list and choose Remove Existing Associate.
