Run Dashboard

Run Dashboard allows you to create a dashboard from the objects selected for the current dashboard.

 

Save Excel to My Drive

  • Save Excel to My Drive lets you choose the destination folder where the Excel report is saved.
  • You can save the Excel report file to your user folder, a folder/subfolder within your user folder or another user's folder/subfolder as long as you have Write permissions to that folder.
  • Folders that you have Write permissions to will be colorized as green and folders that you do not have Write permissions to will be colorized as red.
  • Any user shared to the destination folder will receive an email notification if the Send me an email whenever another user shares a file or folder to me flag is enabled on the My Account dialog from the Account dropdown menu.
  • Select the destination folder.
  • Modify the Dashboard name if desired from the default dashboard name assigned by WinCross Executive.
  • Enter a Description for the dashboard if desired.
  • Choose Save.

 

Download Excel

  • Depending on the browser you can either open the downloaded file using the Open with option or save the file using the Save File option.
  • The location of the saved Excel report depends on the browser you are using.

 

Download PDF

  • You have the option to download the PDF in Landscape or Portrait layout.

  • Depending on the browser you can either open the downloaded file using the Open with option or save the file using the Save File option.
  • The location of the saved PDF report depends on the browser you are using.

 

Back to Dashboards

  • This option will take you back to all of the dashboards associated with the selected data file.

 

Unlink Datasets

  • Allows you to unlink the selected dashboard(s) from one or more datasets.
  • Select the check box for the desired dashboards(s) from the list of dashboards.
  • Choose Unlink Datasets to display a list of datasets for unlinking.
  • Select the check box for the desired datasets(s) from the list of datasets.
  • Choose Unlink Datasets to unlink the selected dashboard(s) from the checked datasets.

 

"Hamburger" Menu

  • All dashboard items have a hamburger menu
  • The hamburger menu allows you to change how the each item overlays one another.
  • Bring to Front forces the selected item to be front of all other items.
  • Bring to Back forced the selected item to be behind all other items.
  • Bring Forward/Send Backward moves the selected item front or back of a single item on the dashboard.
  • Edit will take you to either Edit Crosstab or Edit Chart depending on the item selected.
  • Info displays the Name, Description. Last modified, and Owner of the selected item.
  • Remove removes the selected item.
