You can sort records based on a variable value. Records can be sorted in ascending or descending order.
Select the variable, right-click and choose Sort Ascending or Sort Descending.
You can only choose one variable for sorting. If more than one variable is selected, the Sort Ascending and Sort Descending options are not available on the right-click context menu.
