Rather, you will be calling individuals to learn their opinions about various products and services. After reading questions verbatim from an on-screen script, you will record each respondent's answers on the computer exactly as they were provided. The interviewing process is software-driven and easy to learn. Qualifications: Outstanding communication skills, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude Read and speak clearly with a pleasant telephone voice Attention to detail and care for data quality Professional and polite at all times Proactive persuasive and retention skills Competency using Microsoft Windows Ability to navigate through web applications Basic typing skills (a typing test will be administered before hiring) Flexibility to adapt to changes in a growing organization Call center experience is a plus Bilingual (fluency in English and Spanish) is a PLUS Interviewers must be at least 16 years of age   Hours: Swing, Evenings & Weekends. Flexible schedules, you pick your days and hours. We are quite flexible regarding scheduling, however note that this position is primarily for evening and weekend work. We do require interviewers to be available one weekend day each weekend. Weekend shifts often begin at 10:00 a.m. and run until 6:00 p.m. On weekdays, shifts may start as late as 2:00 p.m. and run as late as 9:00 p.m. Earlier hours may be available depending on project needs. Also, please note that the market research industry does have fluctuations in available work. We may ask interviewers to add hours or stay later than they are scheduled. During busy times, we offer overtime, which pays time and a half. Alternatively, we may not be able to guarantee scheduled hours, and we may send interviewers home early or cancel shifts.
