Yet we recognize you may not be quite ready to make the investment QueryWeb entails—software, Webservers, telecommunications equipment and the skilled IT personnel to keep it all running. In fact, you may never intend to invest in your own Webservers and the infrastructure.

For these reasons, TAG offers you a complete QueryWeb Internet hosting service to help you get your studies—or those of your clients—on the Web with the least investment in time, effort and cost. You don’t even need a prepared WinQuery study—we can provide questionnaire programming as another service to you.

Using TAG’s QueryWeb Internet hosting service, you or your clients continue to be able to manage your own studies and data—from anywhere in the world—without requiring any intervention from our staff (unless desired):

• Remote management from any location—All you need to know is the address of our hosting Webserver and  your username and password to get real-time progress reports of your Internet study anytime, anywhere.

• Customizable appearance—QueryWeb Designer lets you or your clients easily modify fonts, colors and graphic images (such as logos or product images) in your Web-enabled studies to suit cosmetic and/or questionnaire requirements.

• No custom programming is required—You get all of the survey sophistication you’ve come to expect using WinQuery, without any custom CGI, Java, or other complicated scripting.

• Logic flow changes made easily—As you would in CATI or CAPI mode, simply make the desired changes to the Web-enabled study in WinQuery. Save it for Internet interviewing, then upload the files to our QueryWeb webserver. The whole process takes only a few minutes!

• Fully secure—Your questionnaire always resides in its own secure area on our Webserver. Based upon study requirements, additional security measures—such as telephone screening and PINs—may be employed to pre-qualify respondents.
