Field Supervisors
The Analytical Group, Inc.,
is hiring field supervisors in our Scottsdale office. Field
Supervisors are in charge of the telephone interviewing staff and project
related data collection. This includes walking the field area and enforcing
rules and regulations, writing and conducting briefings for studies,
monitoring and feedback of field staff, and running standard reports for
projects in field. Meeting deadlines and working under pressure is essential.
Field Supervisors have to be capable of dealing with multiple tasks and
multiple personalities. One must be available to meet with interviewers and/or
other supervisors to discuss various project related issues which may arise.
Communication with The Supervisor of Field Operations and Managers is crucial.
Professionalism is a must along with client communication which is vital.
Supervisors must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Requirements: Prior experience with telephone customer service/telephone interviewing.
High School Diploma. Extended
Marketing Research education a plus. WinQuery knowledge a plus.

Telephone Interviewers
The Analytical Group, Inc.,
is looking for telephone interviewers in our Scottsdale, AZ
survey center. Here you will conduct computerized, informational telephone
interviews—you will not be involved in any type of telemarketing. Rather,
you will be calling individuals to learn their opinions about various
products, services and/or issues.
After reading questions verbatim from an
onscreen script to each respondent, you will record his/her answers on the
computer exactly as they answer. The interviewing process is software-driven
and is easy to learn.
These positions are perfect for high school and
college students, homemakers and retirees. It also makes a great second job
for those desiring additional income. We seek motivated employees that have a
pleasant telephone voice, can read and speak clearly, that care and are
willing to work.
Requirements: You must be familiar with a keyboard
and type 30 wpm or more. You must be 16 years of age or older, be able to sit
and talk on the phone for long periods of time and be able to read and speak
English clearly. You will be required to work a minimum of 18 hours per week,
with flexible hours. No other experience is necessary—we will train you.
