Telephone Interviewers 

The Analytical Group, Inc., is looking for telephone interviewers in our Scottsdale, AZ survey center. Here you will conduct computerized, informational telephone interviews—you will not be involved in any type of telemarketing. Rather, you will be calling individuals to learn their opinions about various products, services and/or issues.

After reading questions verbatim from an onscreen script to each respondent, you will record his/her answers on the computer exactly as they answer. The interviewing process is software-driven and is easy to learn.

These positions are perfect for high school and college students, homemakers and retirees. It also makes a great second job for those desiring additional income. We seek motivated employees that have a pleasant telephone voice, can read and speak clearly, that care and are willing to work.

Requirements: You must be familiar with a keyboard and type 30 wpm or more. You must be 18 years of age or older, be able to sit and talk on the phone for long periods of time and be able to read and speak English clearly. You will be required to work a minimum of 21 hours per week, with flexible hours. No other experience is necessary—we will train you.

Applicants may stop by our Scottsdale office to complete an application. Suitable hours are 9-6 weekdays, 11-5 weekends.
