WinQuery CATI/CAPI software is an advanced, Novell and Microsoft network capable system that automates the labor-intensive manual tasks needed to create market research questionnaires, conduct interviewing and manage client studies.

WinQuery 8.0 is our most powerful and flexible interviewing software yet. In addition to its comprehensive telephone interviewing features, questionnaires saved in WinQuery 8.0 can be uploaded to the Internet for interviewing over the World Wide Web. Running in CAPI mode, WinQuery can easily handle all of your standalone and/or self administered CAPI studies.  WinQuery offers access to advanced cluster sampling techniques when utilizing the Stair-step module. WinQuery is integrated with StrataDial^®.VC2™ predictive dialing system available from Stratasoft.

WinQuery 8.0, which also includes QueryWeb Designer 8.0, offering important new features you will not want to be without. WinQuery 8.0 and QueryWeb Designer 8.0 are combined to provide the best data collection package of tools you've come to expect from The Analytical Group.

WinQuery 8.0 includes these additional enhancements:

New ranking question type  — New closed end question type for use in Conduct Interview and QueryWeb for ranking answers.

Send interviewer alert — With this feature a supervisor can send a live broadcast message to interviewers.

Copy list option — You now have the ability to copy answer lists from one question to another question.

New quota value and quota comparison conditional types —   Conditional statements can be based upon exact quota values and/or a comparison of quota values.

Reschedule multiple sample files —   You now have the ability to reschedule more than one WinQuery sample file at a time and to choose to reschedule all active records so that specifying dates and times is not necessary.

Long answer text in looped questions — Long answer text is now available in looped questions!

New reporting calculations — This feature lets you define disposition categories including contacts, mid-interview terminates and over-quotas.  You also use this feature to define calculations including incidence, refusal rate and no answer rate. 

New customizable reports — Supervisors select which performance items to include in the new interviewer performance report and individual interviewer dialing report.

Increased maximums —  The maximum amount of loops/shuffles/random starts available has been increased to 775.

Associated answers in closed end questions —  You can now associate punches in a closed end question to more than one open end question.

QueryWeb Designer 8.0 (included with WinQuery 8.0) includes these additional features:

All new free format programming interface —  Question and answer text may be customized for your Internet survey with the ability to modify question text directly in QueryWeb Designer.  As well multiple questions of different types can be displayed on one screen.. 

Delete/add questions with formatting intact — You can delete/add question in WinQuery while QueryWeb Designer keeps question formatting intact.

New ranking question type —  New closed end question type for ranking answers.

New side-by-side grouped rating question type —  Ability to have grouped rating questions displayed sequentially for rating ease.

Sum numeric closed ends —  Sums and displays the number of total answers for closed end questions and displays a running total when this option is selected.

Streaming video files —  Ability to play streaming video files.

Slider bar —  Allows the display of a slider bar for answering a question type that has an answer as a numeric range.

New online study report —  Produces a graphical report on frequency, percents and cumulative percents for the entire study per question selected.  If the selected question is open ended those open end answers are automatically listed.

Answer filtering for online reports —  You can now filter online reports for custom reports.
